How to Play

Play Tower Solitaire online for free. Tower Solitaire is a single-deck Tripeaks Solitaire game where the cards on the tableau are dealt in a pyramid formation. Clear the tableau before you run out of stock cards to beat the game. You can only shuffle through the stock once. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. Starting the Game

Select the Play button in the lower left of the welcome screen to start the game.
Near the Play button are buttons for how to play Help, High Scores, and More Games.
The lower left corner of the welcome screen has a language select dropdown.

Game Controls
- Desktop
  - Use your mouse left click button to select a card to play it to the waste pile.
  - Use your mouse left click button to deal another card from the stock to the waste pile.
  - Touchscreen devices
    - Tap the screen with a finger to play a card to the waste pile.
    - Controls & indicators
      - The reserves are in the top left.
      - Your game score is shown top center.
      - The control buttons are on the right side across the top of the game.
        From left to right: full screen mode, undo move, pause game, control game sound, and control game music.
        You can undo up to 3 moves per game.
        Game Play
        Deal
        This game uses a single standard 52-card deck.
        28 cards are dealt to the tableau in a pyramid formation, with all cards on the tableau face up.
        24 cards are dealt to the stock.
        Playing
        You can only shuffle through the reserves once.
        Play cards from the tableau to the waste pile which are one higher or lower than the card atop the waste pile.
        This game is far harder than ordinary Tripeaks Solitaire for the following reasons
        You can only shuffle through the reserves once.
        As you progress through the tableau the potential matching set gets narrower near the top.
        You have to match more cards on the tableau than you have in the reserves, meaning you need to make a lot of progress early in the game while clearing many cards in sequential runs.
        Tips
        The order you remove cards in impacts your play going forward. Look at the cards above to see which plays are enabled (and which ones are potentially blocked) by making a particular play.
        If you can move in both directions you can play the next card to the waste pile from the stock and then use the move undo feature to help determine which path you should take. You can undo up to 3 moves per game.
        Sometimes it is best not to make a play if a card you could use would be helpful to make other matches. For example, if you have two inaccessible sevens and an accessible eight which is adjacent it may not make sense to play that eight right away & instead save it for when you can play it along with the sevens.
        Levels
        This is a single level game.
        Scoring
        Each card you remove from the tableau is worth 10 points for a maximum card-based score of 280 points.
        If you clear all cards from the tableau you also earn a time-based bonus, which can exceed 50,000 points.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for players who like Tripeaks Solitaire card games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
