Play Light Worm online for free. Light Worm is a casual puzzle game inspired by snake. Get the worm to the food by clicking or tapping at the right time. Rather than moving in straight lines which turn at 90 degree angles, in this game you travel in a circular movement & rotate between clockwise and counterclockwise on each move. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. Starting the Game

Select anywhere on the welcome screen to begin.
Your web browser automatically saves your previous and all time high scores.
Game Controls

  - Using your mouse, left click anywhere on the screen to change direction between clockwise and counterclockwise.
  - Your worm will then move around a stationary circle with the point you clicked on the perimeter of the circle & will stay in that stationary circle until you make your next move.

        Guide the worm to the glowing food points.
        Each time you consume a food point you score a point.
        The wall color indicates the pellet color you should eat next.
        Eating the wrong color often causes the game to end, so you have to view other pellets as obstacles until they match the wall color.
        When you eat a pellet your worm changes to that color. The wall colors may stay the same or may change when you eat a pellet.
        Avoid hitting the walls & try to only eat pellets which match the wall color.
        Movement
        The most important consideration is the movement of the worm.
        The light worm travels in a circle.
        Each time you click or tap on a point, it starts a new circle.
        It also changes direction after each click or tap, from clockwise to counterclockwise
        When done in succession, the movement looks snake- or worm-like,
        To move forward, you must click or tap at the right time.
        Play Advice, Tips & Strategy
        Compared to most snake-inspired games, this game is rather difficult.
        The key is timing.
        Sync each movements so that the worm goes forward.
        This will not only help you move toward the food but also keep you from crashing into a wall.
        If you have to travel a long way across the playing field you can repeatedly tap every half circle to get the worm to move roughly straight across the level.
        Take note of the worm’s direction.
        The worm always changes direction between clockwise and counterclockwise on each movement.
        This can help you decide when your worm should move, especially if you’re very close to the wall.
        When in doubt, let the worm rotate for awhile.
        Approach angles
        If a pellet is anywhere close to the walls it is best to approach it from the center of the screen with your eat attempt on the outer edge of your circle movement.
        If you are uncertain you can move in the opposite direction from the pellet and then approach again from a better position.
        If multiple pellets are between you and the color you need to eat, try to go around them and approach the desired pellet on an isolated basis from the other side.
        If you are quite close to a pellet consider the whole diameter of your circle before trying to eat it.
        If the other side of the circle runs through a wall or a pellet of the wrong color it will likely be game over, as making multiple repeated taps in short order often leads to a mistake.
