How to Play

Play Adventures of Harry online for free. Adventures of Harry is a 28-level HTML escape game where you use a fan to help a mouse move through a level, collect cheese, and escape through a mouse hole. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

  • Starting the Game
    • Click the play button to start the game. This will bring up the level select screen where you can choose which of the 28 levels you want to play.
      • If it is your first time playing the game the first two levels will be unlocked. You have to beat each level to unlock the subsequent level.
      • If you have played the game in the past your local web browser automatically saves your game progress.
      • Game Controls
        • Set the fan where you want to provide wind from and tap the screen or click your mouse to provide wind.
          • The location of the fan relative to the mouse (not the balloon) will determine the direction of force. It will push the mouse away from the fan.
          • Shorter taps provide less force.
          • The force of the fan will be stronger if you press your mouse for an extended period of time.
            • Your character automatically floats but drifts downward over time unless you give a gust of wind to move them.
            • You can bump into walls provided they do not have a sharp edge, but you bounce off them.
            • The left side of the screen provides buttons for level select, game pause, music control, and level restart.
            • Dying
              • If you get hit once, you die.
              • If you die you start the level at the beginning.
              • Strategy
                • The difficulty level of this game advances quickly.
                • Cheese
                  • You do not need to get all three pieces of cheese to beat a level.
                  • If you are stuck getting one particular piece of cheese it can help to beat the level with an incomplete status and move on to other levels then come back and try the level again later.
                  • Spin direction
                    • In some cases spinning blades move in one direction or another.
                    • If you do not like the direction they are spinning in and they sometimes spin in the opposite direction then restart the level repeatedly until you get the spin in the direction you like.
                    • In many cases you have to time entry into the spin space almost perfectly and then move quickly in the same direction the blade is spinning to not have it catch you on its next rotation.
                    • It helps to break the level into concrete chunks or units where you view it as obstacles with pauses in between.
                      • Find out where you need to have the most attention and time the play to get through that part then when you are in a safe spot pause the game and consider how to move next.
                      • If your momentum is going to push you ahead of where you want it to be you can pause the game just before getting in the danger placement. While the game is paused the spinning blades keep spinning.
